Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervising all goods received in SAP and issue purchase request to Procurement Dept.
Plan, oversee and participate in the warehouse operations and activities of receive, process and issue warehouse stock; assure stock and warehouse facility is maintained in a safe, clean and orderly condition.
Receive, identify, mark and place materials sent to the warehouse according to established procedures.
Process requisitions for supplies; prepare various merchandise for delivery; prepare packages for shipping according to established procedures.
Assist with providing necessary security within the warehouse.
Maintain a variety of records, files and reports; maintain records of stock and order supplies as necessary.
Operate a variety of warehouse equipment and vehicles; utilize a variety of hand tools as required;
Perform other duties as assigned.
Preparing list of warehouse stock on hand and tracking critical item list for production
Changing and recommending BOM for Research & Development and Production
Managed automotive parts information and inventory in SAP and ensured consistency in it.
Ensured compliance to all company policies and trained staff on work procedures.
Maintained work process and developed ways to improve in-house work process.
Analyzed customer requirements and ensured work according to timeframe.
Ensured effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals inclusive of shipping complete B6 armoring kits to Streit Production plants in Jordan, Pakistan, Turkey and Sharjah
Educational & Professional Qualifications: Degree / Successfully Completed I.Com -
