Participate in assessing staffing needs and develop plans for the best methodology in filling the vacancies. Supervise the processes of soliciting and collecting resumes from qualified candidates. Oversee the process of screening candidates to identify those who are best suited to the organization and recruiting needs.Conduct official interviews. Make hiring recommendations based on the eligibility criteria provided. Observe the subordinate staff handling administrative duties related to hiring.supports the manager of Talent Acquisition in ensuring that the organization's recruiting processes conform to government and regulatory hiring and staff management practices. Participate in the process for developing the yearly staffing plan and coordinate with the organization departments to provide their talent needs.

The course is designed for aspiring educational leaders and those interested in understanding more about management and leadership within educational contexts.
