Achievements;

During my work at eXtra a I supported to recruit 2021 Employees permanent contract and about 912 Temporary Employees for MEGA SALES for a month period contract . in addition to that some of the achievements we have done along with the Recruitment team as follows;
1- Increase the % of Females in H.O from 3 to 34 in different roles and department .
2- Increase the number of Saudis in H.O from 48 to 127 Saudi
3- increase the % of Saudization from 27 % to 41 %
4- increased the Nitaqat from Low green to Platinum
5- increase the number of saudis from 624 Employees to 1164 Saudi Employees .

role & responsibilities
-Supervise the activities of the Manpower Planning & Recruiting
 Develops and implements social networking recruiting methods.
 Develops and maintains network of contacts and resources to help identify and source qualified candidates.
 Works with external recruiters and employment agencies to develop a stable of partners for pooled resources to identify and recruit candidate
 To achieve the corporate strategy & priority in employing, retaining and developing Country Nationals
 To achieve the annual percentage ( %) growth in the employment of Country nationals as set in the Company’s business plan
 In Saudi Arabia to comply with the “Nitaaqat” - “Scopes” program consistently achieving the “Platinum - Green “nationalization rating
 Develop Business Plan & strategies to achieve the Company’s Nationalization objective in Saudi Arabia
 Develop Nationalization Manpower Budget Plan per Department
 Review with Function Heads / Department Manager current employment of nationals & anticipated attrition as base for manpower recruitment
 Recruitment : Identify sources of talent search and establish contact with key leaders in these resource areas ( Companies, Universities, Technical institutions, Schools)
 Selection : Finalize selection in 6 weeks
o Ensure Job descriptions are available for each position
o Establish compensation offers are agreed with the HR Director and in line with Company policy
o Conduct preliminary interviews and organize final interviews with Department Managers
 Cooperation with Saudi Human Resources Development Fund.
 Ensure active co-ordination with the Saudi Human Resources Fund to maximize the Company’s efforts towards the Nationalization objective.
 Initiate Co-Op programs
 On-Boarding - Orientation: Lead the Orientation process
o Develop and executive professional orientation program for the new hires
o Ensure Probationary Appraisals are completed in due time prior to the expiry of the probationary period
o Team up with the Department Manager to counsel and advise the new employees with regards to performance or disciplinary issue
 Workplace Management
o Counsel Managers on disciplinary issues
o analyze absenteeism issues / per employee / per department - recommend corrective actions and solutions
o Turnover issues: Analysis / Initiate solutions /actions plans to reduce the Turnover by agreed percentage per year.
o Conduct Exit interviews
o Conduct Employee satisfaction survey

 Public Relations
o Participate in Career fairs, conduct recruitment campaigns at Universities, Technical colleges.
o Use Company’s website for recruitment with up to date job posting

 Management Reports
o Develop Recruitment & Saudization reports for senior management
o Recruitment costs / Turnover
o Historical data on National Manpower ( New Hires / Turnover )
Full knowledge of all regulations and laws of the Labor and Labor Office
