- Directly reporting to Group Business Development Director & COO’s of Groups’ Business Units related to Dredging/Civil Marine and Oil & Gas projects.

- Conduct and analyzing target regions and new business opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, Industry trends, etc. to establish the needs and strategic objectives.

- Develop forward-thinking strategies for business expansion, creating strategic business partnerships and accelerating growth initiatives.

- Analyzing feasible market insights for geographical expansion and diversification in new markets and regions for EPC projects related to Dredging & Energy.

- Manage Group prequalification & registration processes, collaborate with other stakeholder teams across NMDC Group’s business units for decision-making process.

- Prepare and update Company's Strategic Business Plan, Market Analysis, and Due Diligence Reportings for effective decision-making.

- Develop & maintain client relationships by attending key projects meetings and interaction with key stakeholders and fostering strong business relationships.

- Interact with stakeholders, prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch materials in connection with business development opportunities.

- Prepare ad-hoc reports for Group CEO, Business Unit CEOs, COOs and Senior Management on critical issues concerning the Civil Marine and Energy Industries.

- Train and develop the assigned team members on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on delivering the respective business objectives.

- Identify and evaluate key partnerships for collaborations, JV etc. by carrying out detailed due diligence and recommendations to the management.

- Analyzing market data for projects forecasting and identifying targets for revenue growth, maintaining pipeline activities and CRM management.

- Maintaining Competitors Intelligence based on Technical, Commercial & Investments data.
- Managing dashboards & database system of Projects, clients, contractors on CRM.
- Managing Departmental KPIs for Business Process and Strategic guideline for targets.
- Updating and Managing On-going and completed projects lists and projects sheets.
- Coordinating review meetings between BD & Proposal Dept. for project assessments.
- Supervising assistant on analyzing Competitors Vessel Tracking to prepare intelligence reports.

- Reporting the CRM Activities and project updates in CRM Analysis report weekly.
