Spearhead and control all activities associated with auditing, including the implementation of an annual audit plan based on enterprise risk assessment.
Leverage broad scope of industry knowledge to manage audit kick off meetings, as well as onsite work and exit meetings with auditees consisting of recognised operators like Hilton, Marriott - Ritz Carlton, Starwood - Sheraton and Le Meridien, Park Hyatt, Accor - Sofitel, The Address by EMAAR and some local brand, corporate office departments, Joint Venture (Compass Group) and subsidiary. Capably manage and maintain risk assessment record of business units following completion of each audit.

Adhered financial management approaches and international accounting standards to prepare annual financial statements and monthly management accounts with budget variance analysis.
Directed year-end and month end closing of books of accounts in a timely and professional manner. Steered efforts in consolidation of annual business plan and drove quality review to enhance the organisational performance. Anticipated training needs and organised a number of finance and operations training and orientation programs for the staff.

•Delivered efficient support to, internal/external auditors, central bank inspection teams, and in preparing and submitting periodic reporting to central bank and other regulatory bodies.
