• Led end-to-end design management across all design phases - concept design, SD, DD, tender documentation, IFC and construction administration - for multi-billion-dollar mixed-use entertainment, hospitality and retail Giga Projects in Saudi Arabia & UAE, ensuring full alignment with design intent, project brief, client vision and
international design standards throughout each stage.
• Directed and coordinated multidisciplinary design teams of 15+ disciplines including architects, interior designers, MEP engineers, structural consultants, landscape architects and specialist subcontractors; managed design deliverables, review cycles and inter-discipline coordination across simultaneous packages totalling over 500, 000 m² of built area.
• Administered FIDIC-based design and construction contracts; managed change orders, design variations and contract modifications; negotiated consultant and contractor claims, protecting project schedule and commercial interests across multi-package delivery programmes.

lifecycle.
• Developed and maintained master project schedules, milestone delivery programmes and resource allocation plans across multiple concurrent design packages; proactively identified critical-path risks and implemented mitigation strategies to protect key design and construction milestones.
• Established and enforced QA/QC protocols; conducted formal interdisciplinary design reviews, design coordination workshops and authority compliance checks ensuring full adherence to Saudi SEC, DDA, DM and applicable municipal regulatory requirements.
• Managed the full RFI, submittal and design change management process; maintained live registers for RFIs, design change logs, submittal trackers, meeting minutes and monthly progress reports for client, consultant and contractor teams across all project phases.
• Integrated LEED BD+C sustainability criteria into design briefs and construction documentation packages; coordinated with environmental consultants to ensure green building certification targets were met within design and cost parameters.
• Monitored and controlled design fees, consultant budgets and project costs; identified value engineering opportunities and cost-saving design solutions without compromising quality, aesthetics or approved project scope.

• Managed full design and project lifecycle for high-profile luxury retail store openings, refurbishments and bespoke shop-fit-outs across flagship UAE malls delivering each project on schedule and within budget against strict brand guidelines.
• Reviewed architectural design drawings, interior design packages, FF&E specifications, material submittals and contractor shop drawings, ensuring strict compliance with international luxury brand design standards and mall authority requirements across all project locations.
• Coordinated on-site fit-out activities, construction sequencing and contractor programmes; resolved technical design issues and RFIs in real time; managed snagging, commissioning and formal handover to ensure seamless, on-brand store openings with zero operational disruption.
• Conducted value engineering reviews and design optimisation studies across multiple simultaneous fit-out projects, achieving measurable cost savings of up to 15% while maintaining the premium design quality and brand aesthetic standards demanded by global luxury brand partners.
• Managed all permit applications, NOC submissions, authority approvals and mall operator sign-offs required for retail fit-out and alteration works across multiple simultaneous project locations in the UAE.

Key Projects: Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi - Healthcare Project
• Coordinated and reviewed multi-discipline design and construction drawings - architectural, structural, MEP,
medical planning and specialist systems - to ensure IFC alignment, design consistency and zero-clash
coordination across all construction packages on a 364, 000 m² flagship healthcare facility.
• Managed the full RFI process; produced construction documents, permit drawing sets and bid packages; issued field clarifications, design bulletins and construction sketches to address technical queries from contractor and subcontractor teams promptly and accurately.
• Applied LEED BD+C requirements throughout all construction phases; tracked certification milestones, prepared LEED credit documentation and coordinated with the sustainability consultant to ensure certification targets were achieved on schedule.
• Conducted regular site visits to monitor construction quality against design intent and IFC drawings; liaised with the general contractor, specialist subcontractors and third-party inspection authorities on a complex, fast-track Giga Project programme.

Prepared architectural drawings, detailed working drawings, 3D conceptual models and conceptual sketches for residential and commercial projects across Dubai, supporting senior architects across design development and documentation phases - extension of Dubai Dolphinarium, Dubai, Labour accommodation and warehouse complexes, Jebal Ali, Drug Research Laboratory, Abu Dhabi, residential buildings in International City, Dubai, etc.
