Managing Installation of Showrooms, Podiums, Shop Window packages inside Shopping Malls for Brands like Fendi, Lacoste, Neemah, Swarovski, TUMI, etc.
Responsibilities involved:-
• Reviewing and submission of shop drawings for ‘Front of House Package’ for Cleveland Clinic. Also, implementing consultant comments by coordinating with respective teams.
• Preparation of As-built drawings coordinating with respective subcontractors and site team.
• Reviewing and submission of material submittals for LEED approval.
• Managing the front of house package by monitoring the procurement and site installation progress.
Completed post occupancy evaluation of Owen hall in MSU, East Lansing and Secchia Medical Center, MSU College of Human Medicine, Grand Rapids, Wharton Centre and MSU Surplus and Recycling Center. These projects were done for the Campus Planning and Administration along with Building Process Analyst, Mr. Chad Stirett. The POE includes interviews, questionnaires, surveys, workshops, diagnostics, analysis and recommendations.
Mainly involved with the preparation of design and working drawings, 3D modeling in Auto Cad and 3dsMax, interior designing for various projects like:-
• Dubai Dolphinarium
• Mosque for 1000 people
• Luxury Villa
• Drug Research Laboratory
• Govt of AbuDhabi
