Rainer Konrad has worked for me on three projects as a planning and scheduling manager. Mr. Konrad proved himself not only to be a very skilled scheduler, but also to have a sound knowledge of project management and a practical understanding of the site and its requirements and gave positive input into the management progress meetings, he also gave guidance to site management in the form of risk analyses against the required schedule. He was extremely cooperative and competent in the provision of mini schedules that provided guidance to the subcontractors as well as management. He integrated multiple inputs into the overall schedule allowing management to have clear over sight of the whole project . The requirement of any project is the be flexible and to be able to control the changes, this requires the scheduler to be able to react and present to client clear and understandable view progress and Mr. Konrad was extremely adapt in the manipulation of the scheduling software to provide these to client.
