• Providing direct and indirect ASDAN instruction and support for students with moderate and severe special educational needs,
• Assessing and identifying students with long and short-term learning/ behavioural difficulties; and counselling their parents on intervention strategies.
• Creating Individual Educational Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN and offering specific support based on their needs and abilities,
• Conducting parent meetings for students with identified SEN and those at risk; by offering them professional advice to reflect on student goals and progress.
• Tracking the progress of students with behavioural concerns with various data analyzing tools and resources and offer practical support to teachers; enabling them to offer high-quality inclusive provision to students.
• Employing intervention strategies and techniques during instruction such as multi-sensory learning and perceptual motor skills training to meet varying needs and interests of students with SEN,
• Developing plans for effective communication, monitoring and follow up of students in inclusive classroom settings.
• Organized various group counselling sessions on pastoral needs such as goal setting, time-management, grief counselling, social skills training, stress management, bullying and other study skills for student success in school.
• Conducted therapy sessions for students and staff with emotional and psychological needs; to empower and make them self-reliant in coping with daily stressors of life,
• Provided therapies such as the Cognitive behaviour model, Solution-Focused, family centered, Rational emotive therapy, Systematic-desensitization for phobias etc.
• Modified the general education curriculum for students with disabilities based on a variety of instructional techniques and technologies.
• Conferred with parents, administrators, testing specialists, social workers, and other professionals to develop individualized education programs (IEPs) designed to promote students' educational, physical, and social/emotional development.
