Relocated the business to a more strategic location near garment manufacturers, resulting in increased sales and direct feedback from customers for further product improvement.
Successfully revitalised imports of interlining products from China.
Developed and executed e-marketing strategies that increased brand awareness and generated new leads.
Pioneered an online portal to directly sell customized interlining to resellers, making the company the only one in the world to offer this service.
We have organized this business in such a way that my personal involvement is not necessary. The day-to-day operations are overseen by my father while I focus on managing the strategic decision-making aspects.
