• Responsible for estimating EPC projects of Onshore and Offshore.
• Integrating the departments for exploring efficient ideas and prompt inputs, preparation of RFI, Vendors selection, floating enquiries, Technical & Commercial bid evaluation of vendor offers, preparing the proposal in compliance to Client requirement.
• Currently working in the EPC estimation of Gato do Mato FPSO project & Albertine Refinery Project.
• Worked on bidding of Qatar Gas NFE EPC-2 project.
• Worked for the estimation of Nayara Refineries, Tatarstan NKNK Methanol Plant & Change orders of Anadarko Mozambique LNG.
• Preparing estimation and schedule of prices for Client submission.
• Vendor/ Contractor selection process.
• Preparing change orders and claims.
• Maintaining database and benchmarking.
• Bidding for the offshore project which includes Oil & Gas Offshore Platforms, Rig repairs, Pressure vessels and Skid manufacturing.
• Responsible for order booking, working with Marketing department to ensure competitive bids.
• Project cost estimation in the pre-bid stage.
• Risk analysis for the projects.
• Budget allocation for the awarded projects based on the estimation.
• Cost control and monitoring for the awarded projects.
• Invoicing & payment follow-up.
• Change order management and claims.
• Experience in Bulhanine Redevelopment Project & North Field Bravo Living Quarters in Qatar.
• Worked in the bidding process of Qatar Gas NFE EPC-1.
• Handled a team of 12 members.

• Estimating the quantity of weld joints that require preheating & PWHT.
• Ensuring the resource deployment for the fabrication activities.
• Preparing Material take-off from the RFQ to float enquiries to the vendor to obtain material and fabrication rates for pressure vessels and other structures.
• Workout of quantities interms of job outsourcing, prefabrication activities, weld metal, NDT, painting etc for preparation of cost estimation.
• Preparation of vendor cost comparison.
• Preparation of unit rates work-out for the fabrication activities.
• Preparation of fabrication schedule and monitoring the progress.
• Monitoring the fabrication progress in vendor works.
• Quantifying welding machines, welding consumables, welders, WPS, NDT machines etc.
1) Department second topper in college. 2) Carried-out R&D with the subject related to HEAT AFFECTED ZONE in welding. This is by varying the parameters, mode of metal transfer, joint configuration, shielding gas in GMAW welding process, as well as with improved mechanical properties of the weldment.
