KEY SKILLS:
• Preparing basic and detail Revit models from CAD drawings and dimensioned sketches.
•Undertake specific study modeling assignment as may be required.
•Periodically coordinating design and documentation of data received from Design team.
•Identifying and addressing clash detection and interferences.
•Data extraction and tabulation pertaining to floor areas/ quantities/ building envelope etc.
•Overall coordination of the building model across all Revit applications (Structure/ MEP)
•Extract and document Revit files in CAD/ PDF as required.
•Assemble composite design model for coordination meetings.
•Maintenance /organization of models and files on project wise.
•BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
•Follow BIM content standards and developed procedure.
•HVAC :- Split A/C, Window A/C, Package Unit, Heat Load, ESP Calculation and SMACNA (DW141/142/144 etc, ) all drawings Design as per client requirement .
•PLUMBING: - Water calculation, piping sizing, Water Supply and Drainage all drawings Design as per client requirement.
COMPUTER SKILS:
•CAD (2D SOFTWARES): Auto Cad.
•BIM (3D SOFTWARES): Revit (MEP).
: Revit Architectural.
: Navisworks.
