Active involvement in weekly meetings with the project management & QC
supervisor and manager to resolve the Industrial related issues.
Arrange the sufficient manpower such as Supervisor, Foreman, and Technician
and ensure all of them attended safety orientation and having Proper PPE’s
prior Start Operations and Maintenance activities at Plant.
Create and manage process documentation and operating instructions. Search for best
practices and innovative solutions which could improve production and quality rates.
Appraise, measure, analyze processes & Complete Process Simulation.
Create, configure and develop industrial processes.
Develop and perform experimental process tests with respect to quality, method, cost, etc.
Develop standardized operating instructions for processes.
Ensure operations comply with safety, quality standards & Radiation Safety Measures.
Execute risk assessments.
Follow with sufficient hand tools, power tools, ladder and scaffolding are
available for installation
Knowledge of MEP Maintenance and Facility Operations
Maintaining and Checking Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Maintenance
Document.
Maintaining constant Temperature for Proper working of machines.
Responsible for Implementing, Controlling, Optimizing Industrial Process &
Machinery in the sterilization Industry.
Work in conjunction with all plant engineering disciplines, R&T and customers to
support new products and new manufacturing technology platforms in
operations.

Completed ASNT LEVEL II courses. (MT, PT, RT, UT) Global Training / Course: Completed ASNT LEVEL II courses. (MT, PT, RT, UT) Completed AUTO CADD with 2D modeling in CADD center.
