Experience working on Service Level Agreements, estimating effort required for enhancements and new applications and documenting to ISO standards.

PricewaterhouseCoopers - Analyze, design and develop solutions for the Assurance & Business Advisory Services, Tax and Legislative services, Human Resources, Finance and Risk Management business areas of PricewaterhouseCoopers. The development platforms used where Lotus Notes/Domino, Visual Basic, Oracle and SQL Server.

Project Management of key digitization initiatives in Finance, HR & Legal, Intranet Application Development & Content Management team across the eight sites in the Pacific region at the Plastics business. Lotus Domino, Intranet & Internet development, maintenance and administration of Silicon Manufacturing Partners a joint venture between Lucent Technologies and Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing as a Senior/System Analyst. As Software Consultant, Mindware between July 1997 and October 1998 was involved in analysis, design and development of Lotus Notes based Document Management and workflow applications to improve business processes at Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing.
