Sr. Consultant SAP CRM - Bristlecone Oct 2010 - Dec 2010 Client: ABB India Ltd (REMSC) Project: Application Maintenance Support & Development My Role: Sr. SAP Consultant CRM - Service & Middleware CRM Version: SAP CRM 5.0 Responsibilities/Deliverables: • Responsible for incident/problem and change request (FRICEW) tickets L2 & L3 support. • Tickets related to service process, billing and middleware issues. • Maintaining user manuals and other documents as functional specs, configuration documents, risk & control, test plan and user acceptance test documents. • Experience in setting up Ibase, sales and service orders, service contracts, service level agreements, warranties, customer self service and complaints and returns management • Experience in setting up master data - organizational model, business partners, product master, counters, individual objects and Ibase. • Involved in configuration and customization of organization profile, service products, partner processing, text and status determination, copy control with actions in all Service transactions. • Configured various capabilities of service order management: service quotation, Service order, service contract, service confirmation, service billing, service controlling and all other base customizations. • Worked on service products by defining service profiles/response profiles to service products in contracts, service products in customer service by maintaining • Maintenance of item category group, item category and assigning to services products. • Worked on replication & enhancement of master data BDocs from R/3 to CRM • Analyzed and processed Error BDocs and fixed the issues related to master data and condition records.
