As an English language instructor and an IELTS instructor from 2012 to May 2022, I have performed responsibilities to conduct different activities and provide an environment that enables them to develop their English language, including vocabulary, pronunciation, communicative grammar, and speaking with all other required tools.
As a branch manager at the National Institute of Modern Languages, Mansehra, major responsibilities were dealing with public & costumers, handling internal and external all issues, scheduling and maintaining office environment and organizing business.
Over 4 years of administrative experience at National Institute of Modern Languages, to Manage the reception area including greeting visitors and responding to telephone and in-person requests for information and maintain all office systems.
Training new employees in administrative tasks within the institute. Maintaining record and files data according to category as well communicate with management, staff and customers to ensure a pleasant work environment.
