Maintain and analyze daily metrics across inventory, SKUs, and POs to ensure accurate product information for fulfillment
Result-orientated cooperation with internal and external process stakeholders
Own the implementation of cross-functional process changes in a matrix organization
Clearly articulate business and technical requirements to effect process changes
Responsible for the overall general management of the Inbound Area team including but not limited to: employee development, coaching, training, accountability of attendance and performance evaluations, as well as maintaining a safe and productive work environment
Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, defining departmental strategies for appropriate inventory levels,
eliminating obsolete and off-spec material, and reduce aging material
Develop methods and procedures for scheduling of good from suppliers/Vendors to support sales in achieving customer
demand and minimizing cost impacts.
Develop and maintain transportation system on domestic and international freight that ensures business needs are met
Manage customer service activities including order entry, customer satisfaction, interface with sales and after sales service.
Create, manage and achieve the overall logistics and customer service department budgets
Develop and lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
Ensure Company is in compliance with laws and regulations regarding transportation, including hazardous materials. Resolve any
legal issues pertaining to transportation/distribution
Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program operational and
personnel policies and procedures.
Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
Participate in personnel development at all levels through talent acquisition, performance management, providing opportunity for
high performers, education, communication, expectation setting, and self-actualization
Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates
Major achievement : Switch the operation from 3PL to company owned Facility. (established a new warehouse to keep multi million US Dollar inventory. Develop procedure and policies and distribution system)
Creation and execution of distribution plan according to need of retail outlet.
Coordination with Sales management for Forecasting.
Coordination with 3PL provide (ARAMEX)
Guiding the inventory coordinator team members in completing their assignments.
Working in close coordination with Brand Management and Sales management to rectify any issues being faced by them in order to getting required stock on time.
Documentation of various warehouse related activities and taking responsibility of all commercial activities and transactions related to warehouse.
Indenting & receiving the material finally dispatching the same to the distributors.
Taking the overall responsibility of running the ware house smoothly.
Major Achievement : Got “Best Warehouse Management” award for the year across the group.
Communication with overseas suppliers
Handling letter of credit
Coordination in custom clearance documentation.
Keeping record of all incoming shipments.
Coordination with Warehouses and Import Dept in order to provide the sufficient raw material needed for different type of manufacturing
