Contracts, Commercial & Procurement
- Responsible for developing, driving and implementing the overall commercial leadership strategy for LEOS Real Estate and Project Delivery Business. This includes leading the department with the strategy of procuring the Main Contractors and sub-contractors, risk management, pre-contract and post-contract, margin improvement and developing the team.
- Perform regular market surveys to update the pricing databases and introduce new and latest used materials and technologies.
- Establish and deliver robust procurement strategies for works packages in tight time frames using best-in-class methods.
- Managing the procurement and commercial management of all pre- and post-contract stages of the project, which will be awarded to local and international consultants and contractors.
- Ensure that Commercial teams deliver value for money and that fair and effective Commercial Management processes are implemented and maintained throughout the project.
- Provide accurate cost advice and financial reporting to the Management. Assist in providing all cost/commercial specification information required under the Construction Contract(s) from inception to Completion (Reporting, Cash flows and Forecasts, etc.) as directed.
- Undertake regular commercial reviews of internal and external supplier costs and implement appropriate measures to manage issues and mitigate risks.
- Coach, develop and supervise commercial staff and share knowledge and expertise.
