engaged with Rock works. A total of more than one million cubic meters of rock is involved to
support this project. As currently around 20 machines are under my invigilation including the follow up and
reporting of the same as well the rock material travel from quarry to stockpile on site as well as placement,
approvals from the client for the same and future planning to achieve the target of completion. Along with the
demobilization of the dredging equipment which is almost 15 kilometers of pipeline which includes floating, sinker
and sand fill pipes their cleaning, sea fastening and stocking(for sand fill items) excluding auxiliaries for the same.
All together it is almost an year more work over here as per the present plan and program.
 East Sitra housing project is a prestigious project officially 30 months with the present scope of work. This is
an extension of the shore to build 5000 accommodation units. Our part of job is to dredge 550hectares of area
with 25 million cubic of sand. Rockworks under variation discussions.
 Preparing the Method statements for various operational activates like rockworks, gas & oil pipeline
identifications, bridge crossings over the pipe lines, cut plans & pipeline installation plan as per the oilfield area
which is a challenge to identify the underwater installed pipelines and plan the sinker and floating lines.
 CSD- KATTOUF & TSHD-GATEWAY were being used for dredging & reclamation.

Project Planning & Management
 Making progress reports and site activities.
 Attending and monitoring progress meetings.
 Handling daily activities to ensure smooth running of projects as per the specifications and design drawings.
 Identifying critical issues in any problem and solving them with creative and innovative solutions.
 Guiding all the foremen and overseeing all the requirements for each type of works from labour to material.

 Inspecting field sites to observe and evaluate condition and operability of facilities and structures, and to collect field
survey data and measurements
