- Conduct site inspections alongside contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and
international standards.
- Foster positive professional relationships with clients and contractors to facilitate smooth project
execution. Organize internal and external meetings with staff, contractors, and clients to address site-related
issues proactively.
- Conduct quality site walks with clients and contractors, ensuring adherence to project standards.
- Report directly to the project manager on all aspects of electrical construction activities.
- Issue site observations or Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when project standards are not met.
- Attend client meetings to address site issues, testing, and commissioning.
- Monitor contractor's work for adherence to contract plans, specifications, and approved drawings.
- Collaborate with senior management on electrical engineering-related matters.
- Coordinate with clients and contractors to resolve site issues effectively.
- Supervise electrical execution in accordance with the design while ensuring compliance with QC
and safety requirements.
- Oversee electrical maintenance activities for temporary electric facilities and equipment at the site.
- Review the project documentation such as As-Built drawings, Shop drawings, Method statements,
and material submittals.
- Inspect various electrical installations (Fire Alarm System, CCTV System, Access Control System,
Data System, BMS, Power System, Lighting and Lighting Control System, LV System, Power
Cables, Cable Tray, Cable Trunk, Earthing, and Lightning Protection System) as per the approved
drawings, project specifications and following international standards.
- Witness Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for LV Panels, HVAC BMS, etc.
- Verify that all materials in the store align with approved submittals, standards, and specifications.
- Conduct testing and commissioning inspections of all mentioned systems based on ATP
classification.
- Ensure the implementation of quality control measures for electrical works in line with project
specifications and engineering standards.
- Verify that equipment and devices used in the project meet the required specifications and testing
procedures.
- Conduct routine surveillance and quality control inspections at different stages of construction for
various electrical activities, including pre-installation, installation, pre-commissioning, and final
inspection.
- Witness electrical tests and review test reports.
- Inspect electrical panel installations, terminations, and perform panel testing, including circuit
breaker trip test and continuity & insulation resistance test.
-Reporting to the project manager for all aspects of Electrical construction activities.
- Responsible for assigning work to the Team leader and the Manpower planning.
- Close coordination with client, consultant, and civil and safety departments during and
before execution of work
- Close monitoring of works and resolving their technical issues at the site
- Follow up with Supervisors in case of any Technical Issues
- Removal of Constraints by Dealing with its related authority
- Conduct site meetings to solve issues and remove holdups.
- Coordination with procurement, logistics, and HR to arrange material, equipment, and
manpower to finish the project on time.
- Configuration of CCTV Cameras
- Monitoring of progress and work quality.
- Attend all necessary Inspections as identified in the Approved Inspection and Test
Plan(ITP)
- Inspection and monitoring of the daily activities on site.
Inspection of Materials arrived at the site as per design standard.
- Inspect the Quality of Installed Low Current System devices like CCTV, Access Control
Systems, Passenger Information Systems, Telephone Systems, and Public Address
Systems
- Prepare the QA/QC Reports.
- Perform Cable Testing like Megger Test and Continuity Test for Power Cables
- Perform the Network Cable Testing
- Inspect the Cable Pulling and Testing Termination of various Cables like Power cables,
Ethernet Cables, and LON Cables as per design standards.
- Preparing of IRs (Inspection Reports) for Client Inspection
- Inspection of Site with a client for Approval of IRs
- Remove the Client comments after inspection for Final Approval of the Activity
- Maintain the IR log reports
- Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including device Calibration
Certificate of Testing tools, Testing results, Inspection Requests, Non-Compliance
Reports, and Field Change Request.
- Provide supervision for technical support on the site during the execution of the work.
- Planning, organizing & scheduling of all Electrical work (Lighting, Power, Fire alarm, Low
current, Telecommunication, Earthing, lightning protection, Emergency lighting system).
- Arranging and managing the all material required for the project.
- Installation of fire alarm system
- Installation of Public Address System
- Configuration of CCTV Cameras
- Installation and maintenance of Security Cameras Maintenance
- Reporting to the project manager for all aspects of Electrical construction activities.
- Responsible for assigning work to the Team leader, Job distribution, and manpower
planning.
- Close coordination with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and civil and safety departments
during and before the execution of work
- Conduct site meetings to solve issues and remove holdups.
- Arranging and managing the all material required for the project.
- Dealing with consultants for material and shop drawing approvals and conducting site
inspections.
- Preparing Redlines and getting approval from the consultant for any modification in Shop
drawings as per site condition.
- Coordination with procurement, logistics, and HR to arrange material, equipment, and
manpower to finish the project on time.
- Provide supervision for technical support on the site during the execution of the work.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly work schedules.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports.
Monitoring and Maintenance of all equipment installed in Sub station like Transformer, isolator, braker, etc
