• Employed as Procurement Officer in M/s. Alghanim International General Trading & Contracting Co. W.L.L. Kuwait since March 2005 for their prestigious project “The Avenues” under Material & Procurement Department.
• Worked as Lead Procurement officer for various Phases (I, II & III) of “The Avenues” and well familiar with the unique requirement of the whole Mall as required by the Client, M/s. Mabanee and the Consultant, PACE. Well contacted with the suppliers/ subcontractor nominated by the Client particularly for “The Avenues” project.
• Act as Coordinator between Procurement Dept. & Site Store especially with related to ensure smooth availability of Required Material at all the time.
• Well knowledge & experience with DOKA formwork materials & accessories and Scaffolding Systems.
• Working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (Oracle) for all material requests, Service Contracts, Purchase Order (PO), Payment Vouchers for all Purchases and service contracts.
• Prepare & updating the material submittal log (E1) & procurement log (E2) of the contractor as per the instruction of material/ procurement manager
• Basic in Computer Applications.

JOB & RESPONSIBILITIES: -
- Preparation of Service Requisitions and Service Orders using Oracle system.
- Issuance of Service Receipt Vouchers and Payment Certificates related to above Orders - as applicable.
- Maintain Updated Procurement Logs and Submit to Consultant for Approval.
- Maintain Material Requisition and Service Order log.
- Coordinating and following Materials with Stores.
- Keep close track of each product/qty of items to ensure proper consumption
- Preparation of Material Inspection Request and keeping updated Log of the same
- Floating Enquiries to suppliers to get quotation from local market.
- Preparation of relevant documents to be attached to RFQs.
- Prepare comparison sheets including all necessary information.
- Supervise and control the material storage at site throughout the project period to make sure proper material storage as per manufacturer recommendations and up to the satisfaction of client.
