Duties and Responsibilities : Responsible for preparing project execution schedule both for Client and Sub- Contractors projects, drawing control sheets, Prepare Monthly Status Report, monthly man-hour utilization report and service order close-out documents. Also responsible for preparing bill of materials and cost estimates.
Project includes:
• Responsible for execution and implementation of scheduled work item in View of the schedule work as per contract.
• Prepare necessary backup data computations and drawings for change Order and variation cost in schedule for the ongoing project of complete civil & Structural works for equipment foundations, powerhouse building, plant and non-plant buildings, roads and drains, greenbelt and landscaping for township and facilities.
• Field observation should be made on a daily basis to check and monitor for the ongoing construction to ensure that approved plans are being followed based on standard specification. Sees to it the standard Operating Procedure is strictly followed.
• Closely co-ordinate with all Schedule of ongoing work so that the implementation conformed on the standard plans and specifications and Responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
Site Supervision civil structural Activities and Responsible for preparing project execution schedule both for Main Contractor and Sub Contractors for India Air Force station Jamnagar, Gujarat state, drawing control sheets and QC Documentation, Monthly Status Report, monthly man-hour utilization report. Also responsible for preparing bill of materials and ON Site Project Managements.
Project includes:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget & Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Develop and implement quality control programs and Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.
