I have been involved in project analysis and software requirements specification documentation. One of my key responsibilities was to attend meetings with client's technical team, understand how their systems work and recommend an appropriate technical solution to the requirements.
I have conducted CMS trainings at the end of different Drupal projects to explain the client on how to use the system. I have also prepared user manuals for clients to manage and update their content. Interaction with the stakeholders in different projects has given me the experience to gather project requirements and translating them into technical terms for the team members.
I have also managed various Google & Facebook ad campaigns for clients.
I have tested and optimized various website for speed, performance and compatibility using online tools such as GTMatrix, Pingdom, Google PageSpeed Insights, Apache JMeter, AWStats & Crazyegg.
I have good understandings of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics event based integration for eCommerce website.
I have also worked with website conversions optimizations by using various services like Hot Jar for heatmaps and Ahref, SEMrush, UberSuggest, Keywords Everywhere, Google Keywords Planner for Organic and paid website traffic optimizations.

As a digital project manager, my responsibilities are planning and overseeing the projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. I plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress and keep the clients informed the entire way. I am also responsible for project requirements specifications documentation, prototyping & wireframing.
I have worked with Medicines Australia, Rail Industry Safety & Standards Board, Department of Infrastructure, Vinnies, ACT Region Landcare & Wooden Community Service.
I am well versed in project & task management softwares such as Asana, Redmine, Australian Digital Service Standards and WCAG 2.0 Level AA.
During the Drupal Team Lead role, I have migrated an ASPX based website to Drupal for a commercial client "Goody". During the project I have explored Drupal feeds and facets module and implemented faceted search interface using Apache Solar. The project was deployed on ACQUIA cloud hosting. Part of my role in the project was as a principal developer. I have also contributed in custom module development, front end development & Drupal theming. I have also divided tasks among different team members and assisted them in the development when needed.
I have also worked as a team lead on Riyali Project, a CSR online training portal serving 170K+ students with a custom hosting solution on digital ocean. The website offers online and offline training courses to students. I have assisted the development team by helping in writing code (theming, modules, PSD to HTML) and recommending modules for different features and by prioritizing project requirements based on previous experiences. I have introduced the use of GIT, practices of DevOps to push code changes between dev, stage and production sites to the team members. I have also implemented a custom hosting solution in this project which included AWS S3 content storage, APC optimization and Memcache implementation. I have tested the server with JMeter tests for load optimization. I have also worked with New relic service for server-side speed optimization and code errors reporting. I have worked extensively with command line and DRUSH during my Drupal development.
I have developed IMC hospital website. The website features included content publishing workflows, doctors and hospital department information and integration with a 3rd party service providing disease data via their API.
I have worked on a hotel management system in Drupal. Drupal Rooms module was heavily customized and a module was developed to integrate with a Local bank to accept payments through the website.
- I have worked on online real estate portal for NCB Bank. The project was deployed on the bank internal hosting solution and it was tested against different security risks.
- I have worked on an Employee task Management System using Drupal.
- I have worked on NESMA Airlines Drupal website. The website was content heavy and flight booking integration was done with the external system.
- I have worked on SBM (Saudi Business Machines) intranet portal for Drupal Theming.
- I have worked on a various content heavy website for corporate sector and charities.
Worked as a team member in developing Avenir internal project management system. Later on was assigned to Avenir Rapid Application Development team and was given individual and team tasks.
The main tasks included :
- Custom php application development e.g, social networking sites and Shopping Carts.
- Third-party application integration like OpenX, OpenID, Social Networks Logins.
- Custom CMS based web sites development, , osCommerce based portals maintenance.
Developed CIIT Science and Research Portal using Joomla.
