- Streamlined inspection procedures from an average of 2-4 days lead time for conducting a QC inspection to same day inspection thus reducing overall inspection lead time and ensuring faster stock availability in storage locations.
- Proposed & implemented additional security feature testing for Single Phase Static Meters to ensure additional protection against tampering for said meters.
- Checked & highlighted safety violations in two storage locations and coordinated with safety leads in locations to improve conditions and ensure a level of official HSEQ compliance.
- Reported two vendors for breach of quality standards during post-Vendor Quality Audit inspection, vendors were issued strict warnings and, have showed considerable improvement since then.
- Established a benchmark for the inspection of 10, 000 SP Static Meters + 5, 000 TP Static Meters in 4.5 days without skipping a single test and ensuring full quality control compliance.
- Streamlined technical evaluation & type test report retrieval and availability for the entire department such that when document is received, it is shared near real time with the entire department via a network shared folder for quick access.
Customer Services & Logistics Rotation (October 2015 - July 2016)
- Formulated a posted expiry tracker, and consolidated posted expiries of each region pan-Pakistan on a monthly basis to assist Supply Planning Department in posted expiry tracking of stock on national basis.
- Prepared a national merchandising summary (as a monthly routine task) for all regions pan-Pakistan to track Supply Officer and Supply Supervisor performance nationally and, to assess overall regional performance.
- Audited visits of both Branch and Regional Managers and prepared a national summary highlighting visits missed and conducted, as well as pending objectives with respect to set timelines on a monthly basis.
- Coordinated and lead the closing of three pending incineration processes nationally (one process for disposal of POSM items, one process for damaged, expired and customer returned stock and the last process for Ariel seal damaged stock and trade shortage fulfillment from P&G).
- Conducted a root cause analysis of OTIF % decline in Supply Chain Operations at Abudawood Pakistan and developed solutions to help reduce this decline.
- Conducted a feasibility study on initiating kitting from the Korangi Warehouse for global customers, determined that utilizing this warehouse for kitting and supply of said products to global customers is not feasible.
Sales Development Rotation (August 2015 - October 2015)
- Conducted a market survey on the existing consumer promotions run by P&G and its competition, and segregated the current product portfolio for use in future consumer promotion bundles.
Finance Rotation (June 2015 - August 2015)
- Audited Abudawood Pakistan’s customer credit agreements, discovered discrepancies in 84% of agreements and devised a tracking procedure to prevent future discrepancies.
- Conducted an audit on the Admin run idle asset disposal auction, devised an SOP to follow for speeding up future audits of said process.
- Audited Sub-Distributor contracts, discovered discrepancies in 65% of the contracts and devised a tracking procedure to prevent future discrepancies.
- Participated as activities creator and creative team correspondent for the Values Carnival (main project).
- Performed 1st quarter 2014 Financial Analysis.
- Performed Due Diligence Benchmarking for GSK for policy improvements.
- Attended training on Personal Risk Management with respect to Internet Usage at GSK and relevant Policy enforcement.
- Attended training on how Post Intelligence Audits were conducted and how GSK controlled Supply Chain Risk.
- Participated in and supervised fabrication projects.
- Was responsible for the initial training of new engineers and preparing formal SOP’s for production operations.
- Prepared BOM’s (Bill of Materials) for UAV’s (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) made during work tenure to improve operations time and reduce training time for new engineers in the company.
