Liaise with Consultants / Designers / Suppliers & Sub-Contractors
•Assess and appointed to approve the permit to work in the absence of the Project Manager
•Assist and participate the coordination meetings with co-workers and sub-contractors
•Prepare, update and ensure the drawings are kept to date.
•Supervise and coordinate sub contractors works to achieve daily work schedules and to ensure compliance with specific requirements
•Assist the Project Manager in planning and monitoring of construction activities and production of shop drawings
•Liaise with relevant consultants and authorities on technical and engineering matters.

Obtain quantity and establish the rate as per the Contracts Documents
•Obtain quotes from the subcontractors & suppliers as specified and to meet the specification and contracts documents
•Indentifying the insufficient information in the tender documents and Raise the tender clarification
•Coordination with the Consultant, Subcontractors & Suppliers
•Prepare the tender submission with all the Comparison Statement for sub contractors list and price with the proper price analysis according to meet the tender documents
•Identifying & Issue Variation Orders
•Rate analysis for newly introduce works
•Awarding Sub contract Packages
•Site Measurements for Sub Contractor Packages
•Prepare Monthly payment Certificates
•Management of sub Contract Accounts
•Prepare Monthly valuation and submit to the Contracts Manager

Preparing quotations, read measurement from architectural drawings and handling tender documents
•Planning, scheduling and technical coordination and management aspects of the projects
•Organize project on site and monitoring of progress
•Coordinate with building management authority
•Reporting to Project Manager
•Material and drawings submission
•Coordination of sub-contractor’s work and clients to ensure on-time completion.
•Responsible for the overall execution & completion of construction projects
