o Track shipments and documents in all stages and update company system accordingly.
o Reach best freight rate by amending shipping types in order to reach ideal availability with the lowest cost and minimum delivery time.
o Follow up with suppliers, brokers and forwarders to finalize purchase and ensure smooth and on time dispatched, shipping, clearance and delivery.
o Monitor, control, and collaborate with all teams to minimize demurrage and detention costs.
o Register and issue Saber certificates for products and shipments.

· Update job order for operations in the Port-Door Management System.
· Deliver documents and stamps where need be to ensure execution of work.
· Issue invoices and archive supporting documents once execution is done for a customer shipment.
· Communicate customer needs related to shipments internally and acquire needed approvals for the same.
Ensure the delivery of services to clients in a timely manner, provide them with accurate and detailed updates.
