• Define training objectives and strategy & Assist with the development of
strategic plans.
• Train on product novelties, luxury selling, customer service and selling
techniques in the GCC.
• Evaluate, coach, and develop employee’s Soft skills & maintain training
budget.
• Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing
strategies for GCC Market.
• Helps to detail, design, and implement Training & marketing plans for each
product depending on customer portfolio.
• Set marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media

• Evaluate verbal and written customer interactions and build situational
training programs.
• Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other
information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
• Support the Regional marketing events team in carrying out the events and
launches in the region.
• Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.
