Key Areas of Responsibilities
• Commissioning and supervise the commissioning of water treatment plants.
• Completion of Commissioning documents and Site Acceptance Testing.
• Plant troubleshooting to improve plant performance and advance product developments.
• Undertake service visits and preparing service reports.
• Carry out site inspections and site supervision.
• Carry out pre and post commissioning surveys and subsequent reporting as required.
• Preparation of Commissioning Plans
• Snagging and fault-finding.
• Set up and carry out Client training on site
• Preparation of site reports.
• Preparation of cost estimates and customer
• Work closely with the Projects, Engineering and Proposals departments in response to customer queries.
• Supervise installation.
• Implementing, operating and working under a permit to work system.

1) Design water treatment program for steam boilers, cooling towers, chilled water
2) Flushing processes of district cooling plants networks
3) Disinfection processes including underground network & Huge reservoirs
4) Automatic chemical dosing systems.
5) In charge in the monitoring of water quality of clients’ Closed Loop Cooling Water Systems, Cooling Towers Systems Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant, Boiler System and Raw Water Demineralization Facility through onsite and laboratory water testing.
6) Carry out chemical cleaning, passivation and disinfection activities of piping systems.

Prime Objective:
To achieve Chemicals sales targets, generate new business and ensure growth of Company’s products and services to assigned customer and prospect accounts by analyzing and meeting customer needs, developing and implementing sales plans, selling products and providing customer support in an assigned geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Achieves annual sales / margin targets by working with the Chemical Sales Manager and Business
Development
2) Manage to establish selling strategy and tactics.
3) Produces Monthly Forecast reports as per standard format.
4) Reviews enquiry specifications, carries out site surveys, field / laboratory analyses and interviews.

5) Prepares proposals (in association with Inside Sales personnel), dosage rates and mode of
application of products referring to Technical Support and relevant manuals for guidance particularly where new products or programs are required.
6) Reviews proposals prior to issuing to the client, follows up and revises the proposal as necessary to meet the client’s needs Receives and reviews the clients order ensuring it is in accordance with the proposal and that the client needs are achievable Prepares the Application. Quality Plan.

I worked as a Process/Commissioning engineer in Modern Cement and Mining ( Manaseer group ). Responsibilities include:
a) Establish, monitor and maintain standards for key operating parameters
b) Propose new projects in order to improve plant performance
c) Provide foremen, technician, Operators with technical guidance and training on all areas of cement manufacturing process
d) Measure and analyze the results of the process to propose corrections/ modification
e) Responsible for process circuit optimization, circuit inspection in case of abnormalities and troubleshooting in the process
f) Develop process and manufacturing improvement proposals, benchmarking with comparable other cement plants.
g) Monitor and control the environmental constraints, proposing improvements when required
