Managing end-to-end recruitment life cycle for the recruitment of Blue Collar Workers from different countries
Gathering the manpower requirements for existing as well as new projects across the 35 group companies and ensuring that all vacancies are filled
Coordinating with Division Managers to transfer workers among different business units / projects as per requirement
Developing & maintaining a comprehensive database of probable candidates through the use of different channels like Online Job Portals, Internal Referrals, and so on
Providing critical inputs for the development of Job Descriptions
Providing demand letters and other related documents to the vendors for manpower supply
Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters and job sites in different countries
Planning and attending international recruitment campaigns to recruit the best-fit candidates after proper screening and short-listing
Issuing Employment Offers and arranging required documents for processing employment visas of the selected candidates
Preparing and submitting various documents required by the government agencies in respective countries for sourcing manpower
Pre-screening, conducting preliminary interview, verifying and shortlisting CVs of candidates available in UAE
Verifying the certificates and other documents of candidates
Coordinating with the candidates and Line Managers of various business units within the Group for arranging test and interview
Facilitating the Mobilization of recruited workers
Arranging for the visa cancellation and air tickets of employees who have been terminated / resigned
Making travel and accommodation arrangements for the recruited candidates
Monitoring the visa status of all employees and taking necessary follow up actions where required.
Maintaining the record of all employees and updating it on a regular basis to ensure data integrity
Preparing Recruitment Status Report at regular intervals
Addressing all issues / queries / grievances raised by the employees in a timely manner
