Supported the Psychology division at KidsHeart Medical Center from Aug 2021 to Sept 2022, and then moved as Marketing Manager to Irish Wellness Center - from Seot 2022 to Feb 2023.
Responsibilities handled:
Overseeing marketing plans and finding new avenues for marketing the services (Dental, Laser, Dermatology, and Mental health services).
Managing the social media platforms (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn) for the organization.
Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers for website design, maintenance and SEO.
Designing graphics, presentations, posters, stickers, flyers for marketing and operational purposes of the organization.
Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic.
Establishing contacts with Nurseries, Schools, Universities and Corporates to market our services.
Analyze current marketing initiatives to support market research to identify opportunities for promotion
Supporting operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Clientele - New inquiries, Existing clients and future clients.
Manage the duty roster of the Front office team
Manage the time schedule and roster of clinicians
Liaise with external agencies for maintenance and upkeep of the Center
Liaise and building relationships. Externally, with Doctors, Schools, Community forums and suppliers and internally with all departments.
Maintain, build and update mailing databases
Analyze market trends to estimate service demands and target the right consumer audience
Organize campaigns to generate awareness of mental health.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Organizing Conferences & Events to promote Mental healthcare in UAE
Organizing Exhibitions and marketing events to promote and highlight the benefits of providing proper mental healthcare
Meeting with prospective clients to generate business leads
Meeting with School counselors to provide counseling services to students
Responsibilities:
•Liaise and building relationships. Externally, with Doctors, Schools, Churches, Community forums and suppliers and internally with all departments.
