- Ensuring development and implementation of company policies & SOPs, for effective Establishment functions. This includes time & attendance management, postings & transfers, daily report for number of cvs and Placement of candidates.
- Participate in special projects Talk World (Arranging Guest Speaker) as and when required by the Company.

- Managing attendance & leave management systems, Salary & project allowance administration, Termination, Final settlements of permanent & contract employees, Conflict resolution, Counseling sessions.
- Headhunting candidates for internship for various positions at Mobilink.
- Screening CVs and Taking Interview
- Support in whole recruitment process, including Job Analysis and Design, Job Posting, Matching Profiles with the Jds and placing candidates.
- Preparing Stipend for all Interns in various Departments
- Providing Support to the Recruitment and OD Team.
- Conducting and Providing Support to in house training sessions on Time Management, in consultation with the concerned department heads.
- Orientation Sessions with all new Interns.
- Recommending trainings and measuring their effectiveness.
