I have been teaching English from grade V to X students in private English medium school. I am a class teacher of Grade 10. I take 6 periods i.e. 40 minutes a period a day. Before my class begins, I check my lesson plan and the materials that I need. Being a class teacher, I record the attendees of the students daily. Prior to my regular teaching, I always discuss about the previous class so as to get confirmed that they have understood or any confusion they have. After outcome of this discussion, I begin my class according to my lesson plan. My class starts with activities schemata and I try to elicit more and more examples and the brief notes from my pupils. MFP method- meaning, form and pronunciation- is applied with drilling to difficult vocabularies or structures so that the students can achieve my target language. And then, I ensure myself practicing with controlled exercises like objective types of questions regarding the content-based followed by uncontrolled practices. Sometimes, the home task is also provided, yet I attempt to complete on the day only. My assumptions in my class go beyond as most of them become answer less about the earlier class, so I have to carry the same class, and afterwards I should proceed the next, though it is rare. Not enough time to complete my target is due to unseen circumstances like absentees reasoning and delay arrival. The second period becomes more effective than the first one about time taking. In the mid of my school periods, I get leisure time in which I check students' home work or become busy with their queries or prepare lesson plan for the next day.
Graduated Bachelor of Arts in Major English, and One Year Bachelor of Education, and then Masters in English, it is just to promote my career in profession of teaching.
