• Identify internal and external recruitment sources (e.g., employee referrals, online job boards, )
and implement selected recruitment methods.Evaluate recruitment methods and sources
for effectiveness.
• Develop and implement selection procedures, including applicant tracking, interviewing, testing, reference and background checking, Develop and extend employment offers and conduct negotiations as necessary, conduct a needs assessment to identify and establish priorities regarding human resource development activities.
• Develop/select and implement employee training programs to increase individual and Organizational effectiveness and Evaluate effectiveness of employee training programs by metrics (e.g. Participant surveys, pre- and post-testing)
• Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, job skills and proficiency & verify qualifications with position requirements as per the job description.
• Coordinate all necessary arrangements for new joining employees, such as employment offers, contract, appointment letter, orientation schedule, other documents and arrangements as per the new joiner checklist
• Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates.
• Develop, implement and evaluate orientation processes.
Overseas Recruitment:
• Handling and managing overseas recruitment for Engineers, Top Management staff, Helpdesk & customer service, mechanical, MEP Staff, drivers, technicians, mechanics, cleaners, car washers, security guards and other sales and administrative positions from different countries such as India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Philippines and Nepal.
• Initiate contact with potential and reliable recruitment agencies locally and internationally, and liaise with reputable universities if needed.
• Prepare demand Letters, service agreements, authorization and other related documents with coordination to the Concerned Embassies for the hiring of employees from the respective countries.
• Review and interview applicants received from the agency and conduct recruitment travels or Skype interviews to obtain information on work history, training, education, job skills and proficiency & verify qualifications with position requirements as per the job description.
• Conduct skill tests when necessary depending on the type of position.
• Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates.
• Coordinate all necessary arrangements such as booking tickets, airport pickup, allotting accommodation etc.
Managing the District in all aspects related to Engineering Colleges & Finance, & E- Seva Administration,
Leading 143 Managers in different fields, who in their role supervise more than 4890 Employees along the district.
