Preparing and executing audit schedules/plans, programs to ensure that each area complies with goals and objectives assigned.
Analysing organisational and functional activities ensuring all relevant controls are in place to ensure risk is mitigated, assets are safeguarded and company policies are followed.
Evaluating overall financial operations for audit including collections, purchase, contract compliance, receivables, deposits, disbursements, payroll, fixed assets and inventory.
Reporting and following-up on audit findings, recommendations and corrective actions to senior management.
Developing practical solutions to problems arising in business and financial operations.

Performing Cost Accounting Functions in a team of seven members. Reporting to the Regional Costing Manager and in his absence managing the department.
Quoting Product price for Local and Export Enquiries.
Studying Discount Requisitions, Price Validity Extension Requests, and similar matters. Making and forwarding the Cost And Profit Implication Reports to the Costing Manager, who takes final decision thereon.
Updating Ex-Works Price List of regular products, ensuring timely dispatch to local contractors and dealers and posting of the same on company website gulfcable.com.
Carrying out Feasibility Studies and preparing Project Reports.
Assisting Management in Decision Making on Proposals related to Cost/Benefit Analysis of Buy or Make decision, Closure or Expansion of division and Better Product-Mix Selection.
Receiving Inventory Report from Stock Controller. Conducting Physical Inventory.
Checking discrepancies, if any and reconciliation of the same.
Supervision of inventory movement.
Establishing and revising various stock levels such as Min Stock Level, Max Stock Level, Danger Level etc.
Comprehensive operating budget of the company inclusive of all plants and factories, indicating Sales Mix, Income Margin, Material Cost, Overhead Cost, Metal Requirement inter alia.
Analyzing variations between budget figures and the expenditure incurred, and comment on the causes that have led to such variations to facilitate the management to control expenditure.
Preparing quarterly reports on Resources Employed, Cash Flows, Capital Expenditure, Profit and Loss Accounts through Ratio Analysis and Trend Graphs.
Daily Productivity of various plants, such as Copper Rod Plant, Injection Molding Plant, PVC Compounding Plant, Plastic and Recycling Plant, Cable Joints Plant.
Material Consumption Variance.
Scrap Generation Reports.
Calculating losses due to breakdown, and other reasons.
Abnormal Loss Reports for Insurance and Other Claims.
