Reporting to the Group COO and collaborating with regional HR leaders led people strategy during mergers and acquisitions, as well as broader restructuring efforts. Operating from a strategically positioned corporate office in the UAE, my focus was on redesigning organizational delivery models, developing streamlined organizational structures, optimizing policies, sourcing top-tier talent for leadership roles, establishing robust frameworks for groupwide implementation, and elevating the impact of Human Resources in meeting business needs.

• HR Transformation: Led the projects with assistance from 3 regional teams.
o Transformed the business organization structure from service line to regional business.

Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Group COO collaborating with regional HR leaders on regional and global HR matters.
• Developing and implementing a people strategy to attract, develop, and retain top-class talent.
• Elevating employee experience through an effective engagement strategy.
• Leading the implementation of the HR system across the organization.
• Leading the leadership development program across the organization.
• Driving HR strategy during mergers and acquisitions and broader restructuring efforts.
• Redesigning organizational delivery models (shared services), establishing robust framework and optimizing HR service deliveries.
• Governance: 1. Enhancing HR impact to meet business goals, 2. Global Process Owner-SOP, 3. Leading HR process and policies optimization.
Accomplishments:
• HR Strategy: Developed and implemented HR Strategy for Arena FY24.
• HR Transformation: Led the HR shared services projects for Arena and completed targets for FY24.
• Led HR initiatives in transforming the business structure from a service line model to a regional business model.
• Successfully implemented an HR system. Streamlined HR services and global employment policies across Arena (MEA, UK, US) to meet regional and group objectives.
• Established employee grading, compensation, and performance management and bonus structures.

• Extensively performed high-level recruitment and selection and delivered excellent results on the recruitment campaign for Ras Gas TWT JV. Led a team of eight (8), completed the transfer of TWT employees to Ras Gas, complementing the development of plant operations in 2007.
• Successfully linked performance management with succession planning processes and talent development. Established employee services process and welfare activities for expatriates.
Professional career started in 2004 with SCB at Asia HQ. Recruited for SCB and Scope International, through various channels i.e., Graduate Recruitment Program, Advertisement, Career page, and Assessment centres.
