• Discussion with the customer about their requirement and decide the control philosophy of different power source like Grid, Turbine and Generators.
• Preparation of IO list, Cable schedule, Loop drawing as per single line diagram.
• Design the Synchronization, Load Sharing and Load shedding scheme as per customer requirement.
• Erection and Commissioning of Wartsila Gas Engine, HFO engine. (Electrical & Instrument side)
• Up gradation of control system form old version to higher one like Siemens Step 5 to Siemens Step 7 PLC, SLC/PLC 5 to Compact or Control logix.
• Erection and Commissioning of GE gas turbine like MS3001, MS 5001 and compressors.
• Troubleshooting, Servicing and calibration of instrument of Power Engine, Alternators and Marine Engines.
• Commissioning of alarm monitoring system on ship.
• Designing of LT Electrical Panels contained Drives, PLC Modules & other instruments.
• Preparation of Electrical Drawings & Panel GAs in E-Plan P8 & Autocad as per customer requirement.
• PLC logic development, Testing and commissioning of PLC and Drive panel as for functional logic diagram.
• Instrumental in guiding customers over during breakdown.
