 Responsible for all quality control activities for allotted area of discipline.
 Familiar with overall project/construction scope of work.
 Compliance with the site’s health and safety regulations.
 Perform inspection according to applicable Engineering Standards, Procedures and applicable National and International Codes.
 Perform inspection according to applicable Engineering Standards, Procedures and applicable National and International Codes and Standard as SECO, NEC, NFPA, IEEE, IEC, CSA, ANSI, NEMA, NETA etc.,
 Inspection: Visual examination or dimensional evaluation of item and construction work operation to verify conformance to the predetermined quality requirements of the Client system of standards, drawings, and specification for the attainment of good quality as work progresses.
 Record inspection findings in an internal inspection logbook, follow up with the construction team to ensure that the activities complying with the quality requirements.
 Witness: To observe, watch over or visually examine a specific work operation, or test which others perform under the supervision of the field operation group.
 Surveillance: To progressively monitor by randomly witnessing and inspecting item & work operations before, during or after in process construction, give comments (if necessary), according to predetermined quality requirements.
 To co-ordinate, all activities in material handling, storage, preservation etc. as to ensure adequate protection & proper storage, handling, & preservation of the materials at site as per the manufacturer recommendation or standard requirements.
 Initiate / prepare & request for inspection (RFI) for client inspection for completed construction activities & for witness of starting pre-commissioning, pre-energized, & functional testing job activities.
 Highlighting all discrepancies detected during monitoring inspection and informing the same to QA/QC Manager.
 Reporting both verbally and in writing any non-conformance discovered.
 Prepare nonconformance reports (NCR) to the concerns and assist in developing corrective actions according to the approved quality plans, inspection test plans & relevant to client.
 Take immediate remedial to clear inspection logbook comments / pro-actives & close out the NCR's and relevant logbook entries after the implementation of the recommended corrective actions.
 Responsible to check & witnessing the pre-commissioning test

 In charge for Chennai South Zone consisting of 48 Sub Stations & 354 Feeders.
 Coordinate to Prepare design for Erecting 33/11kv substations, 11kv/440v DTs, LT and HT Overhead Transmission line and UG Cables.
 Grounding system for 33/11kv substations.
 To implement GIS, Asset Data mapping and Consumer indexing within stipulated timeframe.
 Managing a Team of 45 Members.
 Co-ordinate with Client & Responsible for timely completion of site related works & Approvals.
 Preparing DPR and monthly Report for Meetings.

 Inspection of the Electrical Materials & Equipment’s, which were using on the projects & also monitoring/supervision of the Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Troubleshooting & Maintenance of the following Equipment’s according to applicable standards.
 Inspection & Execution of preventive maintenance program as per maintenance schedule suggested by the maintenance-planning department, to ensure trouble free operation of all electrical equipment’s.
 Operation and Maintenance of 13.8 KV Switchgears.
 Supervision and training of the junior staff members
 To ensure all the official records are fully up-to date.

 Distinctively been the in charge for electrification of Villages in Jajpur Dist, Orissa.
 Work Execution of 33/11 KV Substations, 33KV & 11 KV Feeders, Village Electrification works.

 Planning for the work activities, preparing Bill of Materials for both Substation and Village Electrification Works.
 Monitoring material issue to Sub-agencies and periodic material reconciliation’s with sub-agencies.
 Preparing Monthly, Weekly rolling plans of work and material.
 Co-ordinate and accompany Client for material inspection.
