 Developing project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with management.
 Determining project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements.
 Determining project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
 Maintaining project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.

 Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
 Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site En-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.
 Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, Work Inspection Requests (WIR), Non-Compliance Reports (NCR) and Site Observation Report (SOR), Material Inspection Request (MIR) and other QA/QC documents.
 Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
 Providing health and safety measures in working environment.
 Investigate all safety & occupational health related accidents/injuries.
 Implement all corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of injuries and accidents.
 Identify and evaluate the unsafe working environment and practices.
 Develop hazard control processes, methods and programs.
 Conduct HSE safety induction and orientation to all new employees and working on their site working permits.
 Issuing electrical work permit to supervisor after reviewing the work to be carried out and machines to be used.
 Maintaining BOQ with updates about percentage of work finished.
 Assisting Tendering and Costing department for the preparations of quotations as required.
 Working on AutoCAD plans to estimate the percentage of work finished, calculation of area, preparations of drawing showing scope of work, making changes in scope drawings etc
