1. Reviewing contractor’s work program including all narratives, Tilos, supporting information and provides analysis and findings, recommendations, acceptance / rejection of the Contractors base line schedule.
2. Assessment and tracking of critical paths and change in critical paths, float erosion & highlight the major activities leading to float erosion for key milestones.
3. Preparation of level 2 programme (PMC assessment) from contractors detailed programme for top management.
4. Development of micro level weightage tree to progress monitoring and SPI calculations.
5. Review of monthly and weekly programmes to meet with contractual and logical requirements.
6. Review of weekly and monthly progress reports and SPI calculations as per weightage tree.
7. Analyse gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member.
8. Extraction of planned, actual and forecast resource histograms, S curves and productivity analysis to support site team for monitoring purpose.
9. Assist station managers for programme review, critical activities analysis and for contractual letters preparations.
10. Evaluating Contractor’s Extension of Time requests and preparing recommendations to the Client.
11. Meetings with the contractors/ planners to improve the quality of programme & reporting.
1. Preparation of Project Base line programme with resource loading, cost loading, activity coding system for client’s approvals.
2. Monitoring and controlling project with respect to resource deployment, cost monitoring & control time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of project.
3. Planning the execution of work as per approved schedules, drawings and contract specifications.
4. Coordinating with costing team for preparation of detailed budgets & cost status and dealing with inventory control & estimated cost at completion of the projects & KPIs.
5. Estimate and evaluate the major resource requirements considering the budgetary parameters.

Preparation of periodical weekly/monthly progress reports, achieved and forecasted productivity reports, Earned value management (SPI, CPI) & S curves for monitoring, major equipment planning, subcontractor planning, major material procurement schedule monitoring, major materials wastage monitoring.
7. Preparation of look ahead schedule & catch up schedule with available resources & risk analysis to mitigate the impacts of delay and cost overrun.
8. Effective presentation of program in pictorials for station constructions & preparation of time location diagrams for top management.
9. Preparations of accelerated programs proposal for timely completion of project to makeup the delays by client & natural calamities & delays by authorities.
10. Frequent site visits and interaction with the execution team for progress monitoring & improvements, change in sequence & methodology, guiding in technical issues.
11. Checking the design drawings & suggestions for modifications for ease of construction as per available resource, geographical conditions & to suite local law requirements and development of alternative effective methods for ease of work and affective productivity.
12. Preparation of effective station & tunnel logistic layouts (got appreciation from client for best tunnel logistic layout & Segment yard).
13. Conducting site level classrooms for briefing the methodology to site personals and do’s & don’t, importance of time cycle & utilisation of equipment, interrelation of activities & timely completions of activities.
