Designation: - Senior Processor in Accounts.
Responsibilities:
♦ Payroll processing, management reporting for client overseas.
♦ Payroll - Weekly payroll process for a batch of 100 employees
♦ Tax preparation and return services includes:
♦ Payroll tax return
♦ BAS/IAS returns- Monthly Instalment Activity Statement and Quarterly Business Activity Statement
♦ Updating the financials in XPA & Tax manager software for lodgement of BAS, IAS.
♦ Weekly Vendor payables processing (Vendor management& Analysis).
♦ Accounts Payable - Entering of supplier invoices, recording of supplier payments, periodical
reconciliation of supplier statements, A/P aging analysis
♦ Accounts Receivable - Raising customer invoice, recording of customer deposits, periodical
reconciliation of customer accounts statement, A/R aging analysis
♦ BRS - Reconciliation of day to day bank transactions and credit card transactions
♦ DTS - Recording of daily sales, purchases, other direct and indirect expenses
♦ Petty expense - Recording of daily petty cash expenses
♦ Clearing Accounts - Periodical reconciliation of various clearing accounts (ATM clearing / Cash
sales clearing / EFTPOS clearing / Pokies payout clearing etc.)
♦ Creating Purchase and Sale contracts after getting trade confirmations.
Intercompany GL reconciliation - Weekly reconciliation of intercompany Loan, Sales & Purchase A/C
Responsible for year-end closing activities
♦ Monthly vendor reconciliation
♦ Report to Manager and Partner in Australia.
♦ Management report - Preparation / analysis / interpretation of periodical financial statements.
♦ Supervise and coordinate activities of junior staff.
♦ Resolving queries for the Unit Staff.
♦ Monitoring and guiding Unit Staff for timely completion of Management reports and deliverables.
