•Audit each site against the required technical specifications as per the checklist to be provided by Pearson VUE.
•Monitoring successful download and upload of exams.
•Configure local security settings to Pearson VUE specifications.
•Support site for installation and troubleshooting.
•Experience on handling in ISL Tool.
•Assist users through direct calls in software issues.
•Investigating, diagnosing of software related issues.
•Maintaining online VTS software applications on the LAN.
