Identifies deviation in job scope, estimate changes and initiates variation notes to Project
Engineering manager.
• Controlling the design documents, conducting weekly project meeting and review and action of
development plans, project cost and budgeting etc.
• Conducting Factory Acceptance Test Successfully.
• Trouble shooting and maintenance of the system software, hardware and networking. Site
Commissioning, plant start-up and Site support activates.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills together with good interpersonal and organization skills.
Experience in Instrumentation and Controls on Engineering, Procurements & Construction Contract
(EPC), FEED Contract and Project management Consultant (PMC) which includes lump sum
turnkey and reimbursable Engineering Contract types of Projects.
• Prepare project scope of work, planning and scheduling, work-hour estimation and coordination,
progress monitoring and reporting.
• Knowledge in the development and review of instrument engineering deliverables, this typically
includes design basis, instrument index, instrument datasheets, instrument specification, Control
narratives etc.
• Review of instrument deliverables, this typically includes installation drawings, wiring drawings,
loop drawings, MCC interface, Control room layouts, Logic Drawings, Junction box termination
drawings etc.
• Expert in Programing DCS, ESD, Fire & Gas and BATCH System using different programing
language such as ladder diagram, FBD, STL, SCL, CFC, SFC.
• Designing the system Architecture Diagram, System sizing, Database Generation etc,
• Logic Design as per the client requirement using basic scope and P&ID, cause & effects
• Engineering activities which includes building application logic, logic and communication, Field Bus
communication such as Profibus, Profinet, HART, Device net, Control net, Modbus, Asi-bus and
OPC Server Connectivity etc.

Engineering and Commissioning of Machine tool automation systems, Integration PLC with AC/DC/SERVO drives and HMI as per the Process Requirement.
Engineering & Design for revamp/up-gradation Automation projects
Trouble shooting of Automation systems such as DCS, PLC, HMI and VFD.
Planning & Execution of Predictive & Preventive Maintenance to enhance Uptime, Productivity, Efficiency, Cost optimization & Value addition to customers & company.
Giving 24X7 supports to AMC customers and preparing AMC/Service Reports.
Giving Hands-On Product training to customers.
Making and Submission of Spare offer to Customer and following the delivery and Payments.
BE (Bachelors in Electronics and communication Engineering) with first class of 70% in MAM College of Engineering from 2005-2009.
