Studying tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities and drawings to understand the project complexity
•Manages all costs related to the projects from the initial calculations to the final figures.
•Interpret given plans (CAD Soft copy//hard copy) and specifications and prepare bill of quantities.
•Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimates for a particular prospective project.
•Makes inquires for a particular special works and materials such as glass works, aluminium works, stainless steel etc to incorporate to the quotations.
•Pre-bid Meeting with clients and sub-contractors.
