Working in IDAMA Facility Management Solutions for the TECOM cluster comprising of Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and Dubai knowledge village. Additionally coordinating and administring the facility services for individual clients like Dubai Properties, LUKOIL, MBC, Nokia Simens Network, Coca-cola, Boston Consulting group, etc... Also integrating and coordinating the asset management software application (MAXIMO) on the mobility devices for the easy handling of the PPM and other types of maintenance for the detailed list of assets within the site and its surroundings.
Working in the operations department of the Wafi Commercials LLC, coordinating the admisitrations & the operations of the company with full support for the customer service department.
End user access controlling, system cordinations, resource scheduling, enhance operation systems, system checking, etc...
Coordinating with system administrator, handling the installations of the networks, trouble shootings, system installations, programme data crash checkings, etc..
Currently pursuing distant learning on EMBA and first semester completed. Second semester ongoing and to supposedly complete by April 2016
