Payroll prepare, review and analyze
Prepares monthly report on leave, promotions, confirmation, increments, salary deductions, Terminations, and other services including business trips, housing allowance, loan etc. with respect to payroll.
Prepares and submits HR report to the immediate manager
Recruitment supports, coordinate with recruitment companies, websites to get right candidates for the opening positions. Create good database for future reference
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
> Ensure the effective execution of the monthly payroll in accordance with the finance department
> Prepares all settlements such as; vacations & final settlements
> Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates
> Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
> Attendance monitoring & leave record for entire management and non-management staff
> Maintains employee records, analyzes them and develops information needed for managerial decision making
Maintain all office documentation/ records / equipment’s and inventory required by the management.
Supporting management and staff to help create their own successful and productive team and become effective team.
Assists in the development of marketing plans for all meetings. Works with Program team to develop mailing lists, email list data and likely costs, researches advertising options for input into marketing plan.
Prepares and disseminates post meeting reports with lead data, vendor costs, shipping charges, and other costs as required..
