• Oversaw whole spectrum of procurement function, encompassing global sourcing strategies, vendor identification, strategic procurement, import of production raw materials from Germany, Italy, Spain, China & worldwide locations.
• Drastically reduced costs by 40-60% by sourcing raw materials & accessories from alternate suppliers in China & Taiwan, resulting in savings AED 15 million in year 2010.
