Successfully executed 37.14 Acres of upscale Group Housing from scratch to finish, including optimization of saleable areas, enhancing the efficiency ratio of saleable area to built-up area and approval from all statuary authorities along with site inspections. Occupation Certificate received, more than 90 families have started living and more than 225 customers have taken possession and will also start moving in the complex.
PROFILE:-
• Concept planning, Master planning, optimization of saleable areas, enhancing the efficiency ratio of saleable area to built-up area and approval from all statuary authorities along with site inspections.
• Design optimisation, feasibility study, co-ordination with various consultants like Structure, MEP and optimise them as per our requirements and detailed drawings for architectural, structural and MEP design.
• Site Visits and co-ordination with all contractors and suppliers.
PROFILE:--
• Selection of site before finalising the same including due diligence, analysing building bye laws and permitted land use along with available infrastructure facilities like roads, master plan, MEP services etc.
• Feasibility study including works being done by competitors, demand and supply ratio, future growth potential and permitted land uses as per approved master plan.
• Conceptual planning and detailed drawing for architectural, structural and MEP design based on above said studies and share the same with the design team.
• Co-ordination With Various Consultants Like Structure, Electrical, Sanitary & Plumbing, Fire Detection & Fire Fighting Air Conditioning for preparing the GFC drawings of the project as per the approve concept design
a. Preparing Architectural, Interior, and landscape drawings.
b. Co-ordinated drawings of interior with services.
c. Monitoring of the project & billing.
d. Interacting with plumbing, fire detection & fire fighting and other MEP consultants.
e. Site Visits for coordination and comparison of work progress as per plan.

This was my own firm & I was working as a Professional Architect. Basic design from sketch level to finalisation of basic design, co-ordination with various consultants like Structure, MEP including Site Visits.
I was responsible for all the developments at site
5 years regular degree course in Architecture in First Division with Housing as Elective subject. Theisi done on a live project of 5 Star Luxury resort in Himanchal Pradesh.
