1. Keep track, monitor and controlling of divisional (Production and Distribution) accounts by preparing & maintaining books of accounts with relevant reports of payables, receivables on day to day basis and monthly closure of accounts with submission of various monthly performance analytical reports in comparison with budget and previous year.
2. Processing of vendor invoices based on credit maturity and trade finance terms, periodical reconciliation of vendor accounts.
3. Monitoring and follow up on customer outstanding and preparation of relevant reports and reconciliations
Worked as SENIOR EXECUTIVE - ACCOUNTS for 4½ year \[Feb 2008 to Aug 2012\] with following responsibilities;
1. Accounts payable Incharge for processing Corporate / Group payments through Cheques, TT, TR, LC, Bill of Exchange etc against A/P maturity based on credit terms with vendors.
2. Treasury, Trade Finance & banking functions such as Group fund flow management, forecasts on requirements, processing payments through TT / TR / LC / Bill of Exchange etc.
3. Supporting Corporate / Group monthly book closures & audit rqmts.
4. Co-ordination of various divisions Corporate accounts support
5. Incharge of Construction division’s entire accounts activities by maintaining books of accounts up to accounts finalisation of various projects.
Served for 4 years \[May 2004 to Feb 2008\] with their various holding companies such as M/s Kirloskar Constructions & Engineers Ltd, M/s Aban Constructions Pvt. Ltd, M/s Asian Tech Limited etc at various construction projects all over India as PROJECT ACCOUNTANT with below profile;
