Duties and Responsibilities at Aasia Steel Factory Co. Ltd, Al Jubail, KSA (As Production Engineer) -
1 Study of drawings for fabrication and solve drawing & other technical issues.
2 Preparation of BOQ as per drawing, raise purchase request and follow up/coordinate/assist with procurement department to get materials at right time.
3 Monitor daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly Fabrication/Production progress.
4 Prepare, update and forecast of production, progress reports & Load Chart.
5 Forecasting the requirements of production in order to achieve the production target.
6 Making most efficient utilization of the available sources for production.

2 Identify all issues in team and provide continuous support to all members according to operating standards on everyday basis.
3 Study drawings and preparations of BOM, MRR, QAP etc.
