Business Plan Achievement
: BOH is virtually a Profit Centre Head of a branch. He is primarily responsible for the overall financial performance of the branch. Strategic and Business target achievement & sales forecasting for the branch as per Business Plan
Sales, Profitability & Distribution Strategy: Business plan targets review & target v/s performance achievement, profitability, cash & carry as per business plan analysis and forecasting. Define & execute distribution strategy covering MPV towns & build brand & product specific network development plans
SABCD Achievement: Achievement of P&L targets through model-wise SABCD focus as per model-wise profitability and business plan targets set for the branch
Model Mix Availability: Product Planning & Model Mix availability at branches as per budget allocated for branch
Pricing \[ASP & Schemes\]: Maintaining ASP limits through tracking & control for the branch and scheme variations. Price benefit to direct dealers not to be given. There should not be any price variation as per business plan targets
AR, Stock, Cash & Carry: Direct dealer trend tracking & analysis, network loss tracking analysis & taking corrective action plan for network expansion with equal focus on brands & products. Tracking & controlling AR aging & proposing corrective action plan. Reviewing, monitoring and tracking commercial activities for AR control. Ensure that Stock Infiltration in Branch Offices / RAOs doesn’t not happen under any circumstances
Network Expansion / Correction Strategy: Monitoring and Control of Sales distribution plan through direct dealer network expansion / correction plan & effective Channel Management strategies. Brand-wise product-wise sales tracking & inputs to branch sales teams on network expansion/correction. Focus on different channel for different brand for greater focus.
