⮚ To Procure required project equipment’s & materials like MEP bulk materials,
consumables, Safety materials (PPE) and Involve store activities for site utilities
and equipment.
⮚ Issue Local Purchase Order - Comply Commercial Negotiations with suppliers to
match the organizational payment terms and apply procurement policy.
⮚ Quality expertise to reduce cost and delivery schedule to meet the project
requirements and Co-operate all activities with my department & contractor
officials.

Roles and Responsibility
⮚ Technical Evaluation and Vendor selection by the method of Techno
Commercial suitability and Quality standards with previous projects approvals
and references from KAHRAMAA/ASGHAL/QP/QGEWC
⮚ Evaluate Vendor Pre-Qualification and Material Submittal for client approval.
⮚ Purchase Order incorporating Specifications as per QCS standards as
applicable to Design & Engineering Consultant (PMC)
⮚ Interaction with Designers, Manufacturers, Quality and Project Team to finalize
the correct and effective vendor to meet the requirement of Client.
⮚ Manage supplier relationships and sourcing new qualified and approved
Vendor/Manufacturer in local and international market.
⮚ Purchase Order incorporating Specifications as per QCS standards as
applicable to Design & Engineering Consultant (PMC)
⮚ To analyses quotations, prepare comparison sheet and compares it with the
allocated budget.
